Can you connect a Apple XServe to a MacBook Pro?If so, what MacBook Pro should it be?
Apple’s XServe is just a computer optimized for use as a server. If it’s networked and turned on ANY computer will be able to connect to it.
And I don’t know what you could mean by “which MacBook Pro.” If you’re just talking about Apple portables, I’d definitely recommend the MacBook Pro over the MacBook and MacBook Air. Or if you’re talking about the 3 standard MacBook Pro configurations, I always recommend the lowest as they’ll all be nearly equally outdated in a few months. The extra cash just doesn’t seem worth it. In fact, I’ve not bought a new machine in years. Check Apple’s refurb section for some killer deals.
